Yes, we do offer custom candle orders for special events, gifts, or bulk purchases. Customization is limited to label design and jar color, scent customizations cannot be completed at this time. Please reach out to us to discuss your custom order details.

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process and ship. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 7 business days.

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Our candles are packaged with biodegradable and recyclable materials to ensure they arrive safely and sustainably. We also use eco-friendly cushioning to protect your candles during transit.

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will be happy to replace or refund your purchase.

Our fragrance blends are carefully crafted with non-toxic, essential oil infused fragrance oils, creating sophisticated and luxurious scents inspired by nature. Each scent is picked, rated, and blended in house making it fully unique!

A lumpy or uneven surface after burning is common with natural waxes like our coconut-soy blend. This occurs because natural waxes solidify in unique patterns when they cool, and it's a sign of a clean, eco-friendly burn. It doesn’t affect the quality or performance of the candle. Just trim your wick and relight for your next burn!

To maximize scent throw, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before and allow the candle to melt fully across the surface during each burn. This prevents tunneling and helps the candle burn evenly.

We recommend burning your candle for 2-4 hours at a time to create an even melt pool and avoid excess wick buildup.

Trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn helps prevent soot and keeps the flame at the proper height for a cleaner, long-lasting burn.

If your candle begins to tunnel, try burning it for longer periods (at least 4 hours) to allow the wax to melt evenly across the top. As the candle gets down to the middle of the jar and burns for a longer period (4 hours maximum) this will help melt the excess wax at the top causing the tunneling.
