At this time, we do not ship internationally. All orders are shipped domestically, and we strive to get them to you as quickly as possible while ensuring the safety and sustainability of our packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
At BiirCo Candle Company, we want you to love your candles! Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal preferences of scent, we do not accept returns or exchanges for candles. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please contact us—we’re here to help ensure you have the best experience possible!
If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. Just send us a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of the rest.
